| Family
owned and operated for almost thirty years, Pension Alexis has been a magnet and
preferred place to stay for literally thousands of travelers from all corners
of the world. Truly easy-going and relaxing, Pension Alexis has a reputation that
is second to none. But don't believe us - just check out the guide books and guest
comments for proof! They all attest to unsurpassed hospitality and, most importantly,
clean rooms that are serviced daily. Pension Alexis is superbly and conveniently
located in the the center of Kos Town with an almost uninterrupted view across
ancient Roman ruins to the harbor. Naturally, shops, busses, taxis, clubs and
beaches are all within a short walking distance.
The owner, Sonia Agyriou-Zika
has recently embarked upon a continuous upgrade program, installing features such
as double-glazing for sound insulation and air-conditioning for cool nights. Several
rooms have private showers and most upper-level rooms have balconies with a view
of the harbor.
The pension's focal point is its jasmine scented, second-level
verandah where guests gather for breakfast in the morning or relaxing drinks and
conversation in the afternoons and evenings. A veritable United Nations! Sonia's
famous omlet breakfasts, served almost any time during the day, are a must!
Perhaps
most noteworthy of all, Sonia and her two sons, Yiannis and Afendoulis provide
you with a genuine home-from-home feeling and they are always ready to help with
advice and assistance.
During the high season, advanced reservations
are strongly recommended. |
